#[repr(C, u8)]pub enum PairContacts {
Rigid(RigidPairContacts),
Soft {
touching: bool,
candidates: Box<SoftPairContacts>,
},
}Expand description
The contacts of a ContactPair, with a fixed layout: the solver addresses a pair’s manifolds
through raw pointers (see ManifoldStore), so the offset of the rigid contacts must not depend
on the value.
Variants§
Rigid(RigidPairContacts)
Contact manifolds: every pair but the pairs of two soft surfaces.
Soft
The contact candidates of two soft surfaces (see SoftPairContacts), rebuilt by
every update of the pair and turned into constraints by the soft-body solver.
Fields
§
touching: boolWhether some feature of one surface is within contact reach of the other, or the two surfaces cross: the pair’s touching state.
§
candidates: Box<SoftPairContacts>The candidates (not serialized: the next update rebuilds them).
